BOX BREATHING meditation
I recently created this simple meditation for a client of mine. His life was pretty chaotic and he was feeling easily overwhelmed so I wanted to give him something quick and easy to use anywhere.
Some guided mediations can seem over complicated, fussy or long winded if you already have too much going on in your mind.
I have kept this very simple and focused on a very well-known breathing technique called Box Breathing used by the Navy Seals.
It’s designed to calm and focus your mind and body quickly.
Download this to your desktop and your phone so that you have it handy at all times. You don’t have to be sitting down to do this…just pop it on when you’re feeling stressed and follow my voice.
